Steve Malone was appointed Senior Pastor in 2016.
Born in Nashville in 1960, he has always lived in middle Tennessee. He graduated McGavock High School in 1978 and worked at Avco Aerostructures in Nashville until retiring in 2016 after 38½ years of service. He married Jewell in April 1984. They have two sons, a grandson, a granddaughter, two great-grandsons and two great-granddaughters.
He received Jesus Christ at age nine and rededicated his life in 1994. After being baptised in His name and filled with the Holy Spirit, the Lord began to use him in various ministries. He became a member of Christ Worship Center in 1996, serving as an ordained deacon and as congregational care pastor for 15 years, and is ordained through the International Ministers Association.

Pastor Roy was appointed Assistant Pastor in 2023.
The McGregor brothers originally came to the USA as missionaries from Africa in the mid 1980s. Pastor Roy worked in the mission field alongside Pastor Paul Baggett before branching into his own ministry. He is an accomplished songwriter and has recorded several albums with his brothers and as a solo artist — his latest is titled Walls Are Coming Down. He served as associate pastor and worship leader at The River Church for nine years.
In 2023 God led him and his family to Christ Worship Center in his home town of White House, as associate pastor and worship leader alongside Pastor Steve Malone.

“Singing is something I have done for many years, even as a child before I started attending CWC. Being able to sing and lead songs with the congregation is truly a passion, and getting to share that each week with the church family is a joy.”
